I made a payment of Rs 2800 (plus Rs 17 online payment changes) twice on Sept-20-2021 via ICICI bank. Both of my paments were failed. Its over a month now and I haven't received my money back. Can someone help me.

Hey student,
First thing you have to do is to verify that you are not trapped in a fraud, after that you have to contact to your bank and tell them about the situation and then they'll ask you for the records in the passbook and after that if they agree that js okay but if they don't then you have to talk to the bank manager and tell him about the situation the he'll look at the records and tell you about your refund but if you were trapped by a fraud you won't get refund.
