Aishwarya, you can make the changes to your Category during the correction window. But for the uploaded documents and images, you can make changes only if NTA notifies you asking you to correct the uploaded images. Or else, you cannot make any corrections.

Yes,you can change you photo and 10th marks card during correction period,which will open from 15 January,2020 to 31 January,2020 by NTA in NEETs official site.You can change any other documents related to your Academics,thumb print and photo.
