Hello Shreya Dixit,

There are only two ways you can do something is:

Call their helpline number.
Send them an email with a screenshot of the payment or with the transaction details.

Their email is is: exams.ac@gmail.com

Their telephone number is: 91-11-26588500, 26588700, 26589900
