I made the payment for CAT 2020 and the amount got deducted from my Acc. but the app status of my form shows as Failure and my form is showing it's not submitted. What do I do?

Hello,
In such case you have to pay once again so that your application gets submitted successfully. The amount that wad deducted earlier will be refunded to the same bank account within 7 days, kindly contact your bank customer service too if you face any issue or if the money is not refunded to you.
