I made the payment on 22 sep and I receive the verification mail today but there is no such option on the site where I can verify my email.

I would suggest you to kindly wait for a while. Since, your application form is under scrutiny and as soon as the application status will change, you will be able to verify your email. when the status of your application form will change, you will also receive the mail. Also, from today onwards the application form correction window is opening, you can login to the application form and check whether the application form is accessible or not for the verification purpose.
