Dear Ravinder, in 2018 under State Quota, 469 marks secured a seat in Dr. Ram Manojar Lohiya Medical College and 492 marks secured a seat in UP Rural Institute of Medical Sciences. That has been the cut off. With 195 marks a seat in a Private Medical College is also difficult. Sorry to be upfront, but that is the truth. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
