I may get a marks of 440-450 in NEET 2019....will i secure any seats in the government medical colleges in West Bengal under OBC category?
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
With the marks you've score you will secure around 45000 CRL and category rank will be around 17000-19000
In previous years closing rank for OBC was 10448 in 2018 and 8500 in 2017
And this time seats in government college for MBBS are
30455 and Bds are 2930
And in Private colleges it is
MBBS - 36165 and BDS 24130
So you can see that government colleges are difficult and private colleges possible

As per the experts the level of NEET exam was from easy to moderate so there will be a increase in cut-off marks this year so based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in government medical college under 85% state quota seats is difficult but you can try for private and deemed medical Colleges.i hope this information helps you.
Thank you
