Yes, With a score of 600 you can definitely get a seat in PGIMS when comparing the results of previous years. Yet, you have not mentioned which category you belong to. Last year, a score of 506 was enough to fetch one a seat in Post Graduate Institute of medical science, Rohtak in general category under the state quota. In the same college, 606 got a seat under All India quota. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
