You have not mentioned the details of the counselling authorities so the answer given below is on general basis.

As you mentioned that you have missed the choice filling of the counselling procedure, so, there are no chances that you will be allotted a seat during the first round of counselling as you have not filled your preferences. But you can continue with second round, keep yourself updated with the important dates of counselling procedure. Also, you can participate in mop-up rounds (if any).
