Whenever you register for TNAU , you always receive the User ID  and password on your registered mobile number or also on your registered Email ID , thus you should check it in the inbox of registered mail ID and Contact Number , you will get your user ID.

If in case you still face a problem and couldn't find your User ID , then you can call on the helpline number provided on the official website.
