i dont exactly understand. was it centralised or state counselling? and which round was this? maybe you can try talking to the counselling authorities. as much as i know, you wont be able to to anything about it if you missed the counselling itself. but still i think you should talk to authorities once.

Dear Mahesh, now even Management Quota seats are being filled by respective State Counselling. So if you have missed attending Tamilnadu State Counselling, unfortunately you have missed an opportunity. And now after all rounds of Counselling are over, any empty seats available are transferred to the respective Medical Colleges. They will be filled through Direct Admission by contacting the College administration.
