I mistakenly affixed bluebackground photo instead of white in NEET registration form. Will that be an issue?

In general there should not be any problem. I had done a similar mistake during my application rejected. However it is worth mentioning that the decision lies with the officials that checks the application action process. If them feel it fit, you shall have no problem.
