It was not recommended but as you already did it so don't worry it is not going to create you any issue and now you will be receiving two results for both the sessions separately and you should consider the best one for counselling registration.

Also you don't need to worry about this and keep both the registration numbers safe with you, don't forget them otherwise you won't be able to login to your application.

As very few days are left for JEE-Main session 1 so now put all your focus on solving mock tests, sample papers of JEE-Main to bind up your preparation.
