Yes filling wrong date can lead to issues in future , but you should not worry . You may edit the neet application form and enter the correct date while neet correction window 2024bwill be open for neet 2024 aspirants.

The examination authorities will conduct neet application correction process in thd second week of April.

You are not allowed to edit all things except a few important things such as entered wrong date, roll number, name, father's name,  mother's name, Date of birth , aadhar number etc.

This time you must make sure that you have filled all information correctly otherwise you won't get another chance .
