i mistakenly wrote mothers name instead of fathers name in neet application form..does it cause any problem in attending the examination.

This will not affect your examination. You can attend examination successfully. But there may be problem during Counselling Process. After that, It's all depends on counseling authority whether they allow you or not because they have full right over your candidatures. they can cancel your candidatures if any information found wrong.
Don't worry, Just Focus on your exam.
