i my advanced jee 2019 OBC NCL rank is 5407 can i get mechanical in any iit

Hi blue ,
I regret to inform you that with such a low rank in jee advance even though you have obc quota you cannot get admission into any iit not even with any lower branches.
Whereas mechanical engineering is one of the core branches so the candidates to get admission they need high rank below 2k to get into any iit.
You are not going to get any iit with mechanical branch so either option for any nit with your desired branch if you have sufficient score.
