No you cannot transfer from one autonomous college to another autonomous college,it is not permitted.Transfers are permitted between the self-financing(non-autonomous) affiliated Engineering colleges,and transfer from Government/Government aided(non autonomous)college to self-financing (non-autonomous) Engineering colleges are permitted.
