Hey Vishal,

Let me first explain the important elements/steps of career counselling:

Career Awareness - With which a student can possibly know all the career options, understand about different careers available in all streams. This is done via information sharing, could be reading well-researched content or getting to know it from a counselor.

Understanding yourself - This step involves students to know about their abilities, personality and interest. This can be done via a credible psychometric career assessment which assess student’s aptitude, personality and interest.

Right Career Fit - The third step where a career counsellor help a student to find a right career fit basis their abilities, personality and interest. This is done via a personalised one-on-one session.

College Planning - Post deciding on the career/stream, the next and final step is plan and get ready for college admissions and selection process

All the best!
