Hey,
See,you cannot get any 'free' college for B.Sc in Nursing or any course for that matter given the fact,that we are not living in an ideal world and we need to invest money in our education.
If you make it to the government college,the fee will be less and quite affordable. You can take the help of Bank and State Government for financial aids. You can apply for scholarships also.

Hello,
There is no college as such which is "free".
However fees in government colleges are very low, so if you could get a seat in government college it will be feasible.
Also there are various scholarships available for medical students on merit and need basis, you can apply for them once you join your college.
State governments also proveide fee concessions to students with weak financial background.
