Hello Anil

Again it depends upon the stream but still if you are Under 10000 then you can get Osmania University. IIt's and Nit's are filled upto 3000(Max) and after that some of the indiscipillinary courses.

So, for Osmania you have to get a rank of between 6000-10000.

I don't have much idea about JNU. So, i can't mislead you with wrong figure.

I got the rank of 19000. Can I get the admission in Osmania university for civil engineering.
