i need to apply 2 nd yr scholarship epass for reimbursement freshly with 2020-2021 batch .. i discontinued my course after completing 1 st yr 1 st sem from the university for preparation of my entrance exam and again after 6 months I rejoined. do i need a gap certificate for ts epass scholarship

You have to apply for a gap certificate to the respective authority to show your own problem for what reason you were unable to continue that classes. You have to mention also the time period in which you have not attended that classes .
This certificate is legal self declaration application on non judicial stamp paper.
