I need to know whether taking admission in semi government medical college for MBBS is effective or not?
Hi Harshika
If you see the current scenario there is hardly any medical college which is semi-government.
In terms of effectiveness, there is no such criteria that govt. college are good or you have low risk chances(in terms of faculty power).
You should not have to worry about the type of college, always focus on the reputation of the institute. If you have any doubt about any college you can check NAAC grading from link provided below or check the rankings in our careers360 platform -
www.naac.gov.in/images/docs/ACCREDITATION_STATUS/Institutions-accredited-by-NAAC-whose-accreditation-period-is-valid-as-on-August-2018.xls
Every college have its own reputation, its high and lows.
there is one government aided college in Maharastra -

This college is aided by both Central and state government of Maharashtra .
50% aid by central governmen, 25% by state governmen and rest 25% by Kasturba Health Society .
