MA in Sociology or Masters of Arts in Sociology is a Post graduation course.It is basically the study of Sociology at a very advanced level.In layman terms it's the study of society . You will study the collective behaviour of humans.
The duration of the course is of 2 years having 4 semester in total.
To be eligible you should have a undergraduate degree in any stream. You should also score minimum of 45% in undergraduate course.
This might differ according to university rules
Many universities prefer student having UG degree in Sociology too.
Also this course serves as a helping hand in doing research work PHd and other knowledge to crack Civil Services Exams.
