Dear Sunil, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for BJ Medical College have been as follows:
70% Regional:
General Category: 592
OBC: 552
30% State:
General Category: 553
OBC: 545
Based on previous cut offs and your marks you have a decent chance at a seat in BJ Medical College if you belong to OBC Category. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
