I noticed that I have put wrong Mother's name in Comedk.Actually I put father's name in mother's name column too. Will it be a problem ?

Nikhil I don't think that it will cause any problem , i also did a mistake i filled wrong school name , but i didn't faced any problem in counselling. It shouldn't , as you are not doing any fraud as it was done by mistake . But still you should contact / mail the concerned auhorities , they will tell you a better solution.
