Scoring 80 per cent in Class 12 board exams is commendable, and you shouldn't feel discouraged. Your performance doesn't solely determine your future. Many successful individuals have achieved great heights despite similar percentages. Explore your interests, consider different career paths, and focus on continuous learning and skill development. You can check courses after 12th and pick a course suitable as per your interest and goals. Remember, resilience and determination pave the way for a fulfilling career. Seek guidance from mentors, counsellors, or career advisors as well to chart a path aligned with your aspirations. Stay positive and motivated!

Hey Vaishnav,

That's bad that you are depressing yourself just because of your 12th percentage which is enough good that you can give yourself a great future.

Always remember, nothing is dependent on your past everything is your present, and it will make your future bright. So always focus on what you are doing in your present.

And if you want to know about the courses you can pursue after 12th with your percentage, then let me tell you the list is so long and the no. Of colleges in India are out of counting. So take a look on some of the courses you can pursue to make a successful career (it could be quite easier you have written down your stream)

Some courses can be done by students of any stream:

  • B.Des
  • BA
  • LLB (Bachelor of Law)
  • Education/ Teaching
  • Travel & Tourism Courses
  • Environmental Science
  • Fashion Technology
  • Hotel Management
  • Designing Courses
  • Media/ Journalism Courses
  • Film/ Television Courses
  • CA /CS Program

Please mention your stream in comments to get more knowledge about the courses.

Feel free to ask any doubt!

    • Good luck!

Hello,

You don't need to worry.

80% is not a bad percentage.I know in this years where everyone scores very high percentile you will feel depressed.

There is no gain if you loose your self confidence comparing your results with others.

There are many people who have built wonderful careers even scoring less percentile than thsi.

You select a course of your interest and give your best.

You can certainly do wonders.

Never compare your results with others, instead try improving yourself .

All the best.
