i open the neet correction window and then i find everything is already correct the i clicked on cancel option and window get closed so it will not cause any problem right or will it?

If you have made any changes to the application form and then clicked on "Cancel" all the changes you have made will be gone. But if you did not make any changes and then clicked on "Cancel", nothing will be lost. SO you have nothing to be worried about. The details you mentioned in the application form will be the same that you entered.
