I opened the link but after filling the details it is showing the advance information for allotment of centre city to applicant. And there is a note below it which says 'this is not the admit card . this is an advance information for allotment of centre city

Hi, extra information from you is taken to give you a précised and the optimum exam center. So, after you are done filling the advance information you will be able to proceed further. About the note it means that this is just an application form and admit card will be released later that time you can download it. It usually comes one month before the exam.
