Dear Aspirant,

Congratulations for cracking ICAR examination.

You mentioned that your ICAT general rank is 22000. You have an advantage of OBC category.

According to me, you have a decent chance to get a fishery college in Tamilnadu.

Wait till the third round of counseling.
