Yes you will get whole amount refund just cancel the seat give yor account number details you will get refund

Hey,
There are certain certain terms and conditions in the event of  the cancellation of seats in KEA.
If you surrender or cancel the seat before the turn of candidate in the casual vacancy round then 50 percent fees would be refunded.
If you surrender or cancel  the seat after the turn of candidate in casual vacancy round,then no fee is refunded.
