I paid tuition fee for the alloted college in the first phase and cancellation date was over. now I'm not interested in the course. can I get my fee refund?

Hello student,
Sorry, you can't get the refund as you did not cancel your seat before the cancellation date. However, if you have got a seat in second phase counseling in a different college your tuition fees will be transferred to that college.
For example, you got an A college in the first phase you have paid 80,000 rupees but you got B college in second phase counseling but the fees are 90.000. you just need to pay 10,000 extra. Otherwise, you may get refund in other case
