I participated in phase 1 counseling of VITEEE and did not get any branch, in phase 2 the choices available are only category 4 and 5, I am certain that category 1 and 2 will be vacant after dates of JEE main are announced, so if I do not participate in phase 2 than can I participate in phase 3?

Dear aspirant,

As you have mentioned that you have not got any seat in phase 1 counselling and you are getting seats in category 4 and 5 and you want to wait for phase 3 counselling as you want in category 1 or category 2.

So you can wait for phase 3 counselling but see in these type of colleges one cannot predict the exact dynamics what will happen in a particular year. So, it is also possible that you may not get seats in category 1 or category 2 so you should calculate all your possibilities and take your decision.

I hope this answer helped you!!
