i pass 12 in 2018-19 and i get admission in another college where i submit transfer certificate but this year i want to get admission in BHU if pass entrance exam of BHU in this year 2020 then how I get transfer certificate or my college or school where I pass 12th or I manage transfer certificate?

There's no problem at all , since you want to take admission in Bhu for your graduation, first of all you need to appear for its entrance exam called bhu uet and if you managed to clear it then you will be eligible for admission and the time of admission you can submit the T.C of the college where you are currently pursuing your graduation, there will be no problem, also T.C is issued only once so you cannot go to your 10+2 school and ask for T.C , so you need to simply submit the T.C from the college you are currently studying at the time of admission in bhu.
