Hello Surendra
No, Delhi students do not need to get a Delhi domicile certificate for 85% state quota for admissions through NEET. The criteria for delhi domicile are
1. Passed your Senior Secondary Exam from a regular school, which is located in Delhi.
2. If you are a private Candidate, then your Examination centre should be in Delhi (from 2017, before 2017 individual candidate are not eligible for 85% Delhi state quota)
3. Now coming on NIOS Student, from 2017 they are also available for 85% Delhi state quota only if their Study Centre & their Examination centre Should be in Delhi. Before 2017 NIOS candidate does not qualify for state quota.
4. No other state board or other states students are not eligible for 85% State quota they are suitable only for 15%AIQ.
Hope it helps..
