A candidate belonging to reserved category must provide a caste certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format by the Government of India.As long as you have a valid certificate you don't need to worry.If your present caste certificate is in correct order then you are good to carry it.And yes, you can provide your caste certificate at the time of JEE main counselling.
