Since you have passed your 12th with biology so you are eligible for your neet exam and if you'll clear the exam you will have to take your transfer certificate and your documents from the college you are doing your BA hons.

Yes, you can appear for neet.. There is no problem in you pursuing your graduation. You can appear for neet side by side.. A lot of students do this.. the basic eligibility for neet is that the Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
If you are planning for neet 2020 then The Minimum Age Requirement is as follows:-
- Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2020
There is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its judgement on it. So you can appear for neet.
