I pass my 12th in 2019 with 61.2% from U.P Board,I want to apply for 12th from CBSE Board should I do 11th again also.

Hi Aspirant,
As per the information provided by you, you have told that you have already passed your class 12th examination with UP board. So i dont see a point for you in repeating those classes again.. See there are a lot of things which you can do after 12th. Let me tell you that your 12th marks is not the end.. There are a lot more things which you still have to achieve. In case if you really feel that your base is week and you must really repeat your two years then it's on you.. But if you are reinvesting your long 2 years then make sure that you pass with really good marks.. Otherwise again putting your 2 years to the same thing is not wise..

Because I want to apply for jee mains.Is it compulsory that I do 11th again

No.. Not at all.. to be eligible for the jee main examination, candidates in the general category had to score at least 60% aggregate marks in the 12th grade examinations organized by various educational boards of India and u already have 60%+ marks.. So you can take ncert and other books for your prepration. You do not need to reapear for those classes with cbse..
But I was call to its official number then they were say that you shoul have 75% or in top 20 percentileAnd I am in none of these
