Dear Student,
The Central Board of Secondary Education offers the convenience of accessing the CBSE result scorecard 2024, passing certificate, and migration certificate through the DigiLocker app. The passing certificate can be readily obtained via the application or the official website: digilocker.gov.in.
Steps to Login to DigiLocker Portal and Download Passing Certificate/Mark Sheet:
Visit the CBSE Digi Locker Login website: https://www.digilocker.gov.in/cbse
Click on the ‘Sign In’ option on the homepage.
Enter the registered mobile number, security pin and DOB as per CBSE. Students using digiLocker for the first time can use ‘Forgot security PIN’ if they do not have the six-digit PIN.
Now, enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number to log into your CBSE DigiLocker account.
Now, log in to the DigiLocker dashboard by submitting the credentials and accessing the documents.
After successful completion of the login process as mentioned above, students should click on the ‘Issued Documents’ option.
After clicking, the CBSE result marksheet 2024/passing certificate and migration certificate will be displayed on the screen.
Dear Aspirant,
After considering your situation and checking the website of digilocker. Here's what I found and I hope it will help you resolve your problem.
DigiLocker creates the account of students using the mobile numbers shared by CBSE.
Since you are unable to view your certificate so try changing the phone number you used to create the link.
Another option is to create a new account manually while linking your Adhaar number. Perform Aadhaar-OTP verification or demographic details (Aadhaar Number, Name, DoB and Gender as per Aadhaar).
Another option is that you can visit the official site of CBSE(cbse.nic.in) and over there at the bottom of their home page they have featured the digilocker icon. Click on the link and fill up the required details and your certificate will appear.
Still, if you face any difficulty , you may write to the authorities seeking help at support@digitallocker.gov.in (mailto:support@digitallocker.gov.in) and explain your problem.
Thank you
Hi Aspirant,
You have to login through the same mobile number which is registered with your 10th CBSE Board.

In case your mobile number has changed, you can login with your aadhar card number also. As Digilocker come into action since 2017, so there is quite probability that you don't find your certificate there. If you don't find your certificate there, you can visit the given link below: (copy and paste the link in the browser)
