You can attempt JEE Advanced for a maximum of two times. So if you already applied for JEE Advanced in 2019 and 2020, unfortunately, you won't be able to apply again in 2021. Hope this answered your query!

If you have passed your class 12th in 2019, that is, previous year, then for JEE advanced you have no more attempt left. That means, you cannot find JEE advanced 2021.

Because in JEE advanced you can give maximum up to two attempts and these two attempts are counted from your class 12th passing year.
That means you can give jee advanced exam in your class 12th passing year and the next consecutive year. And it also doesn't matter that whether you have given JEE advanced or not your attempt will be counted as over.
So, your first attempt was counted over in 2019 and second in 2020. So you have no more attempts reminding for jee advanced 2021. So you can't find jee advanced 2021.

The criteria for appearing for JEE advance in
Number Of Attempts is that the candidates are not allowed to appear the JEE advanced again and again. They can attempt only two times in consecutive years. After this, the students are not allowed to register for the JEE advanced anymore.
So if you haven't appeared for the same in 2019 but in 2020 then you can give exam in 2021.
