Hello,

The basic eligibility criteria to give GATE exam is that the candidate must have passed BTech Or BE degree, or final year students can also appear in the exam, but to appear in the exam you must clear all your back papers, so once you clear your back papers, you will be eligible to appear in the GATE exam.
