The answer for your question is no. Because NEET is for medical students who are preparing to study MBBS mostly and in medical biology is an important subject. NEET is not only to appear for MBBS but there are other fields too like BDS and many. If you would have taken PCMB then you would have been able to give NEET. As you have taken PCM you can gve JEE.Uptil now there is no updates for biotechnology as an suplimentary subject for Biology. So dear you can't apply NEET/AAIMS.
This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
Dear Nidhi, for AIIMS, students should have passed Class 12 under the 10+2 scheme/senior school certificate examination (CBSE) or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognised University/Board from any state with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the main subject Or Candidates who have or are appearing at the qualifying examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and expect to pass the examination are eligible. Biotechnology is not an option for AIIMS.
For NEET, you should have had atleast 50% aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects. So for NEET, Biotechnology is allowed. I hope you filled in the NEET UG form because the last day for NEET applications is over and it hasn't been extended.
