Well yes,you can get admission  in DU. There are several courses you can apply to with PCB as subject in 12th:

Bsc Zoology

Bsc Botany

Bsc Life Sciences

Bsc Home Science

Bsc Biomedical Science

Bsc Biochemistry

There are several good colleges where you can get admission into:

Ramjas College, Gargi college, Lady Irwin, Venkateshwar College, Daulat Ram college and many more.
