Dear Satyam, to be eligible for NEST 2020, you should have been born on or after August 1st, 2000. This is for General Category and OBC Categories. There is 5% relaxation for SC,ST Categories. And General Category and OBC Candidates should score an aggregate of 60% while it is 55% for SC, ST Categories. The official notification will be released in the last week of December 2019 tentatively.

For IISER 2020, candidates should have completed 10+2 in Science stream either in 2019 or 2020. So you are eligible for both the exams.
