I passed 12 medical with 70 percent marks but i was unable to crack NEET so i want to ask what should i do now.

You can join a good coaching institute to make your concepts strong and learn tricks on solving mcws. All the best.
Do not be disheartened if you couldn't crack NEET! There are a plethora of other career options to choose from. You can take up a degree course like plain BSc in the subject of your choice. Or you can opt for paramedical courses like DMLT, BSc in Radiography, BSc Nursing etc. You can pursue btech or bsc in biotechnology or biomedical engineering or take pharmacy.
If suitable you can even change streams and take commerce or humanities.
If nothing else, you can prepare for NEET for another year and give it again in 2019.
You could either drop a year or go for other courses like biotech etc
