Eligibility Criteria for NEET -
Qualifying Exam - 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
Minimum Age Requirement - 17 years as on 31 December, 2019.
Maximum Age Limit - 25 years of age or more for unreserved category candidates and 30 years of age for reserved and PwD category candidates.
Qualifying Marks - UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
Maximum Attempts - No Limit

Hey.
The eligibility criteria for NEET 2019 specifies that you need to have passed Class 12th with a minimum aggregate of atleast 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology subjects to be eligible. Other than that the maximum age limit is 25 years of age. Hence you need to be under 25 years to be eligible to take NEET if you belong to the General category. Other than that you seem eligible.
