Hi Ajay,

You can give JEE MAINS two times and advance one time because when you are in 12th from that time JEE MAINS three consecutive years exam get starts. And check your NIT and IIT top 10 percentile from JOSAA website. For any admission in IIT or NIT or any other Institute you should have meet the minimum class 12th percentage as well as top 10 percentile. While doing BSc, if you are preparing for JEE then it will be helpful because most of the JEE questions are from the concept of first year of BSc and BTech. Just have a strong concept and understand the solving of questions and study smart. Definitely you will crack JEE, just believe in yourself.
