I passed 12th class this year. I already took the TC from the school. Can I still apply for Class 12 Improvement Exam?

You don't need to worry brother.
Improvement has got nothing to do with TC or Leaving Certificate.
You can still apply for improvement.
You just need to meet your teachers or principal and tell them that you want to apply for improvement.
They will explain you the process.
Be in contact with your teachers.
