hey

i dont think you can get in because for medical field bio subject is compulsory

or you can try different college like

kj somiya (mumbai)they have admission based on jee rank as well as cet

dy patil(mumbai, pune)they have admission based on jee ,cet, boards as well or mangement quota

mit(pune) they have admission on jee, cet, boards or mangment quota

symbosis(pune) they have their own entrance exam so for admission they need 50% n boards

Hey Aspirant,

You are not eligible for medical courses as for medical you must have biology in your 12th. And appearing in biology I don't think that will qualify you for NEET or AIIMS. If you are not getting IIT then go for NIT or IIITs . If you have qualified advance that's a great thing. Better compromise a bit and take NITs as many old NITs are better then new IITs.

Best of luck

Dear Adnan, there are 3 Medical Entrance exminations in India. They are AIIMS, NEET and JIPMER. To be eligible for any of these entrance examinations, you should have studied Physics, Chemistry amd Biology as your cirr subjects and score a required aggregate against your Category. Buy if you have studied Physics, Chemitry and Mathematics in your 10+2, unfortunately you are not eligible for appearing for NEET. Studying Biology as an additional subject doesnt qualify you for these entrance examinations.

But I read that a few IIT toppers later also topped the AIIMS exam and are studying there now. How?

There have been lot of changes over the years in the rules. But now, Biology as an additional subject cannot qualify you for NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER.

Adnan, can you let me know if you had Biology as an additional subject in 10+2 along with PCM? I was going through a Supreme Court Order. So even if you havent studied Biology in your 12th, you can study Biology through NIOS and you can still appear for NEET, AIIMS. Am really sorry I missed reading the order earlier.
