NEET is an entrance exam for admission in courses like MBBS BDS BAMS etc.
The eligibility criteria for NEET entrance exam is 10+2 from a well recognised board in Physics Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.
As per your concern,the requirement for NEET is only 10+2 in PCB/PCMB of any state board or other recognised boards.
You can give your exam again in PCB from a State board and can become eligible for NEET exam.it is completely valid.

Hope you are doing well. As per your query, you are eligible for NEET-UG if you pass class 12th from any state board. Also, you need to pass class 12th with mandatory subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Since MCI has not imposed any barrier regarding several attempts and upper age limit is also been taken off. Furthermore, you need to score a minimum percentage to get eligible for the NEET-UG exam which is given below
For UR = 50%
For OBC/ST/SC = 40%
For PWD = 45%
