I passed b tech in 2018.I have one backlog.Which eligibility criteria document should i have to upload for gate 2019?

No other eligibility document you need to upload in the GATE examination form. As per the norms of GATE only the thing which you have to do is to clear the backlog which you have such that your degree will be successfully completed. Inorder to check further you can also visit this below link;
